had a great experience with Owens Murphy Volkswagen. I stopped by one day and they understood that I was not interested in buying today, but had questions on the VW atlas. Susan Webb gave me a couple of calls over a month to let me know what was available, with no pressure at all. When we were prepared to make an offer on the vehicle Susan was very knowledgeable about the Atlas and let us test drive a couple. Susan drives and has driven Volkswagens so she speaks from experienced as a buyer. Dustin the finance guy worked with us to agree on what we could afford and we were very pleased with our purchase. I had the pleasure of working with Dylan Foster when I needed some major work on my car done. He always kept me in the loop, never sugarcoated anything, and always gave me his best advice whether it benefitted him or not. It was clear he was there to help me and not just get every dime out of me. It was refreshing and took a lot off my shoulders when I had plenty of other things to worry about.
