Terrific experience. Susan was awesome!

Had to stop in Little Rock on my roadtrip to get some work done on my Passat. Was only there for an hour towards the end of their business day and everything was covered by insurance. My wife and I were thrilled we were able to get in and out without having to spend a cent! Thank y'all at Owens Murphy Volkswagen!

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Kareem (the Dream). He is professional and knowledgeable about the VW models as he drives one himself. We never felt pressured into anything and saw him go above and beyond for us on multiple visits.Most dealerships have a good selection of vehicles, but Owens-Murphy has the best selection of employees. Do yourself a favor and ask for Kareem next time - you will not be disappointed.
