Decided to not buy a vehicle with these guys today but nonetheless Tre, salesman, was wonderful. This young gentleman did a great job of showing us the vehicle, being honest, and working with us. Customer service is not dead!

Very easy process to buy a car and no high pressure. Susan Webb was very professional and knowledgeable about the car I bought. Ramani and Natalie were lovely and accommodating. Owens Murphy's approach to the car business is refreshing! Now I just hope the service department is as great as the sales staff!!Update: Just visited Owens Murphy again for some service work and could not be more pleased. Taylor, the service coordinator was professional and knowledgeable. The waiting area is clean and well lit. They fixed my issue in less time than Taylor indicated and they even washed my car! Wow!! Just a wonderful service experience!

Everything about my recent car buying experience was great, mostly because of Abidemi Kareem, the world's kindest and most patient car salesman! I highly recommend Owens Murphy VW - their customer service is unmatched and you won't find a better deal...trust me!
