I'm new to Little Rock and needed to have my 2012 Jetta's oil changed. From the minute I pulled up I was greeted and given premium service by the friendliest folks around. Big shout out to Taylor for being so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She's the best of the best. I received same day service, in and out in a jiffy and at a very reasonable price. They have complimentary coffee, variety of cold drinks and cookies. The waiting room is sparkling clean with very comfortable seats and Wi-Fi. The checkout process is quick and efficient and they were detailed in explaining the work completed. They did a fabulous job in the complimentary wash and vacuum. I think I'll be back before the recommended next oil change as I really enjoyed being treated like a VIP!

Impeccable service! Taylor always takes care of me! She keeps me fully informed of anything that my VW needs, including recalls (which I tend to forget), gives me regular updates during service appointments and is pleasant to chat with. This is my third VW (living in three different states) and the service department @ Owen's tops all of the others.
