While deployed my wife's vehicle started having some serious issues. After searching for weeks I came across a Cadillac Escalade at Owens Murphy. I can honestly say that Natalie and Terry made a miracle happen. They took care of all the details and delivered a beautiful vehicle to a beautiful woman. Big thanks to both and I look forward to meeting you as soon as I'm back in the state. Oh! and they managed to shoot a video as my wife, completely unaware, was introduced to her new ride. Gotta love happy tears coming from the woman that holds your world together.
Got our dream car, perfect upgrade for our growing family. The options were good and working with Joseph was great! He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. This was not an easy decision for us but he helped make it a great one.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The facility was immaculate and top notch! The courtesy shuttle was a wonderful experience, Mr. Bob was very personable. Great customer service experience makes me happy. I loved being personalized In such a magnificent way during my time at Owens Murphy Volkswagen! You guys rock!!!
