Impeccable customer service at the Service area. The cashiers are friendly and fun, and the service check-in is awesome.A clean showroom and comfortable service waiting area, though the office and sales staff inside the showroom are totally unengaged unless they can sell you something. Not even as much as a smile or a hello. That's huge to me, since I am potentially a future returning customer. Every one of us in the waiting area is a potential customer. They could ensure our return business by making us feel appreciated and welcomed- the way the Service employees do.
