They was very friendly people took care me fast

Shopping for and buying my Jetta TDI was highlighted by not just the exceptional care that was taken to meet my needs, but by the inspirational example of patience and empathy I witnessed being given to another customer who could not qualify for a loan (no credit history, no steady income, no co-signer & too young and uninformed to loose hope). A VIP could not have been spoken to with more respect. If Darrell Osborn (the sales representative) had any anxiety over moving on to a potential paying customer, he did not show it. He took enough time to validate the value of that young man (who was also of a different color than Darrell). It has been a month since that day. I am very happy with my purchase and the service I receive. I knew the value of the Jetta TDI prior to walking in the door. Now I know the integrity of the fabric from which Owens Murphy is made: seamless.
