My five star rating is for the salesperson Terry. I would rate the management team at the dealership a 2 on a good day. Customer service is key to your business and I think my experience was less than acceptable.There was a problem with the remote starter on my 2021 Atlas out the dealership. I started having problems with it day two. Took it back to have it fixed. Next day experienced the same issue. Took the vehicle back three times before it was finally fixed.We were driving to Chicago and was told we could not take the loaner vehicle out of state. Management refused to rent us a vehicle because they wouldn't be reimbursed unless it was a VW, couldn't find a VW. We waited more than three hours at the dealership while they put our vehicle back together for us to drive to Chicago.Management was not willing to absorb the cost to rent a vehicle after spending almost $40K for the vehicle. Bad attitudes and poor customer service.Terry was bending over backwards each time to do everything he could within his power to accommodate us. He brought the loaner vehicle to us each time, made sure our vehicle was well detailed when it was returned and communicated with us the entire process. Genuinely good guy, not like many of the car sales people I encountered while shopping for a vehicle to purchase.I would definitely recommend that you request Terry if you do decide to purchase from Owens Murphy. Received stellar customer service from him.I do enjoy driving my new Atlas. Trying to get used to the start/stop eco friendly engine.
