I live in Houston TX, there are 3 vw dealerships around the area and none compare to Owens Murphy!I have been to all these dealerships! None come close to the service offered by Owens Murphy. Since the moment I contacted the dealership and I spoke to Kareem the salesman, I knew then I was going to the right place!Kareem made the deal so smooth, he knows his business, he is very polite and always kept me up to date on the transaction, (buying a vehicle out of state is not as easy as some might think) gosh he even offered to go pick me up at the airport in case I wanted to fly to Little Rock!When I arrived to the dealer, everyone was so nice and polite, the finance department, sales people and manager all very professional!All I can say is that I wish they were closer to me!!! I would definitely love to take my vehicles in for services and check ups, I know I'm definitely going there for my next vehicle!Thank you Owens Murphy, I can't really express how much I appreciate the excellent customer service, the ease of the transaction and business! Amazing customer service, especially Kareem, ask for him he will offer you a great deal, and would make you feel safe about purchasing a vehicle!Love my VW GLI!!
