We recently bought a 2012 Jaguar CPO. Initial transaction went well for purchase of the vehicle, the disconnect comes in service after the sale which is pretty much non existent. When we picked up the car they didnt have time to detail or repair scratch or dings. The sales rep was supposed to schedule a time to have fixed but never called, they stated well it was supposed to be brought back the next day but we were never notified either way. I call a week or so later to schedule the appt and ther run around starts with well you are past the dead line for us to do the repairs, after further coversation they agree to do the repairs and we leave the car with them for 7 days. Return on the 8 the day to pick up and the car is not ready, we set another day they pick up the car to do the repairs and the car is dirtier and still has same scratched and dents. I contact the sale rep and service manager and only get attitude and the phrase well Ill call you back tommorrow. If they stand by what they promise and do the repairs I will reevaluate the rating. Currently it is a fail.07/21/2014--Update--We resolved the issue with dealing directly with Lee Owens. He was professional and curtious.
