Super pleased with the way I was treated and the professionalism from Owens Murphy VW!! Susan Webb assisted me with all of my questions and concerns, and was incredibly patient with me as I worked through one of the biggest financial decisions of my life. I am not a huge fan of going into car dealerships, but the friendliness and understanding I received from all staff put me at ease. Everything was quick, efficient, and I felt supported every step of the way. I know Susan is always a quick phone call away if I ever have any questions or concerns.
