Owens Murphy VW Review By John Barnette

I contacted the dealership via AutoTrader about one specific pre-owned vehicle. I immediately received an email from Kareem. By the time we could speak on the phone about the vehicle, it was already sold. Kareem took a few minutes to find out what my need was and suggested something that would fit my needs and I actually liked it better. It had just been traded-in and wasn't listed on the web yet. I gave him a deposit until I could get by to look at it in person. I drove six hours from Alabama to look at it. When we arrived to test drive it, I was pleasantly surprised. It was everything that Kareem said that it was. I decided it was what I wanted and bought it. I then drove six hours back to Alabama. Thanks to Kareem and the whole crew for the wonderful experience.
