I needed an oil change... was headed back to Austin, Tx. ~It is what it is~ would be a rather long trip. Uhg, no service station would perform the oil change. So this is where Owens Murphy VW, took the lead. This is where the real fun began! First of all Taylor (service writer). Was very helpful, letting me know about the time the car was received, also the expected departure time. I live in Atx, an will most likely only be using 'Owens' for work when I travel to Little Rock. & need to have a few minutes... LoVe my Family, but Geeezzzz breaks are a must! Lol. To address the matter at hand, I'm also in the hospitality industry. So being very astute towards people's wants&needs. I'm really not sure how this experience could have been smoother. Everything was right spot on. Would highly recommend the Owens Murphy VW. To most all of the people in Little Rock. An if your traveling, well an oil change, car wash.. keeps your motor happy, an a smile in your face. As the wash the comes with your service. Can't really go wrong if asked. Great service, very knowledgeable, the best part I felt very welcomed. With the short time I was waiting. Thanks again Ms. Taylor.
