I was visiting Little Rock for Thanksgiving and it happened to be my niece's birthday. My brother had just purchased a new VW for her and she was very excited!! I thought a VW themed gift would be nice if there was such a thing. I called and asked if they had any gift items. The man in the parts department went and took pictures of all of their gift items and texted them to me. You don't hear about that level of customer service any more at dealerships, especially for $20 items!! We were greeted in the parking lot, in the building, and by everyone we ran into. Those folks are top shelf!!!
