David was the salesperson and handled our transaction with ease.The vehicle we purchased was inoperable after the first day and David and manager Ramin were willing to work with us by either getting us into another vehicle or seeing if the purchased vehicle could be repaired. They sent the vehicle to dealership that manufactures the make and it was determined that there was a recall on the engine. Although the wait was little over a month, we received the vehicle with a brand new engine!David and Ramin were professional throughout the process and I would definitely consider purchasing another vehicle from Owens Murphy Volkswagen.
