I shopped online, and emailed about a Nissan Juke the day it was added to the Owens Murphy website. Ethan Specht contacted me right away & was so helpful...he even went out to the detailing shop & took pictures & emailed them to me, since there weren't any online yet. Ethan really went out of his way to make sure all of my questions were answered, emailing & texting with me for several days. When I came in for a test drive, he made me feel as though he cared more about me getting what I needed, than he did about just making a sale. I bought the Juke that same day & am loving it!!
