Owens Murphy VW Review By Tye Herring

I've been to Owens Murphy many times, the most recent was for mechanical diagnosis for possible engine issues. I was given a service date and they let me bring the car in and leave it early until they could get to it. I was given a ride back to my home by an outstandingly fine young man. (Thanks Zack, best of luck to ya and enjoyed the ride.) They were able to get my car in earlier than expexted and promptly called me back. Upon completion of service requested, some further concerns came to my mind so I made a return call to Taylor in service (who was very professional, courteous, & diligent). This was close to 5 or 6 in the evening so I asked if I could come back first thing in the morning. Prior to my return and after further consideration I had decideded not to pursue any further issues or complaints with my vehicle. It was obvious my car, my thoughts and co cerns were important to the crew and integrity of the people at Owens Murphy. Someone higher up called me the morning I was to return and inquired with me about my concerns. I very much appreciated the obvious effort on Taylors part for following up and return call. I can appreciate a business that will take time and pride in the customer. My compliments to the crew that took care of me. Best of luck to you all!
