In fact, the finance manager, Jonathan, got us an even better rate than we showed up with a pre-approval. Ethan, our sales associate, was really helpful and spent a considerable amount of time explaining the details of the deal and showing us how all of the car's technology works.The detail guys did such a good job it is hard to tell the car isn't new.The entire process was a breeze and everyone there was friendly and easy-going. It was a straightforward, stress free, zero pressure transaction and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to buy from them again.
