Just got off of the phone with someone in their parts department who was so helpful. Even though he didn't have an option for what I was looking for in my price range, he directed me to a great after market solution that will work. He was very kind, professional and as I've already said, helpful.

After much searching on the websites of National Auto Resalers, without success, I located a beautiful Jeep Wrangler Unlimited on Autotrader.com. The car had all of the amenities sought by our daughter, was perfect for our needs and had just been received by the Dealer as a trade-in. Given it's age, apparent condition, amenities and color, I suspected that it would sell very quickly. Unfortunately, it was in Little Rock and we live in Texas and my husband insisted on an inspection by an independent mechanic before purchasing the car. After my locating an independent auto mechanic in Little Rock (via Angie's List), Ramin, at Owens Murphy, was gracious enough to arrange for an employee of the Dealership to drive the car to the independent mechanic for inspection. Within an hour, the car passed inspection readily and we arranged for purchase with a downpayment on my credit card. My husband flew to Little Rock the following morning to drive the car home. The entire process (from initial conversation with Ramin to purchase) took only 2 days in spite of the fact that we required independent inspection and live in another state. Susan, who handles back office administration, called to introduce herself before my husband's trip to Little Rock and arranged for transportation from the airport as well as handled sales documentation. She also called the day after my husband returned with the car to ensure that all was well. Our experience with Owens Murphy Volkswagon, and in particular Ramin and Susan, was exceptional. I endorse them as professional, friendly, service-oriented and refreshingly willing to work "outside of the box" to satisfy a customer, regardless of how unusual/inconvenient the request. I have never had such a pleasant car purchase experience.
