My experience at Owens Murphy Volkswagen was great. Terry Mooney was an excellent salesman and was able to answer any questions that my wife and I had. He gave us many options and showed us new things to think about with our newly extended family. Anyone that I know personally that's in the market for a new vehicle from now on I'll be sending them to Terry.

Fastest car purchase EVER! Barely over an hour from pulling in parking lot for first time to leaving with completed purchase! (Yes, that included going through finance). Angie was fantastic to work with and would definitely do business with her again.

I was visiting Little Rock for Thanksgiving and it happened to be my niece's birthday. My brother had just purchased a new VW for her and she was very excited!! I thought a VW themed gift would be nice if there was such a thing. I called and asked if they had any gift items. The man in the parts department went and took pictures of all of their gift items and texted them to me. You don't hear about that level of customer service any more at dealerships, especially for $20 items!! We were greeted in the parking lot, in the building, and by everyone we ran into. Those folks are top shelf!!!
