I have nothing but good things to say about Owens Murphy! Always professional and have always treated me with nothing but compassion and understanding. Kareem made it such an easy non stressful situation. Cookies were great and showroom was clean and had a few people ask if I needed help. Great dealership!!!

Very nice and helpful people! I purchased my car 3 months ago and I still get calls to make sure everything is going ok! I would do business with them any day! Susan Webb was very helpful and thoughtful throughout my experience, always available. She's one of the nicest salesperson I've ever met. She never tried to pressure me into a purchase. She was very concerned with getting me the exact features I described! Because of Susan, I'll always be a VW member!
