My wife and I recently purchased a new Volkswagen from Owens Murphy and couldn't be more pleased with the buying experience. Our home is 2 hours away from the dealership, but this was not an issue. Susan Webb answered all our questions in person, on the phone and via email to help us decide on the right vehicle to fit our needs. When we picked up the new Atlas, it was staged for delivery, the paperwork processing was organized and efficient, and Susan painstakingly showed my wife all the features of her new vehicle (even though it was near 7pm).

We just bought our second vehicle in the last 2 years from OM. Susan was great! She was professional, friendly and knowledable. Jon from finance offered us 2 different options that worked best for us. He was very personable. Matt and his service team inspected our vehicle, replaced all 4 tires and detailed it. We bought a 2017 and it looks fresh off the showroom floor! Mr. Owens even chatted with us a bit and greeted us with a smile behind his Covid Safety Mask! Their janitoral staff was cleaning non stop, OM is ensuring a safe environment for their customers. Thanks Owens Murphy, I have already recommended you to others and will continue to do so!

Awesome experience. My last four vehicle have been purchased out of state and shipped to me here in California and my experience with Owens Murphy VW was by far the quickest and smoothest of them all.My salesman Kareem Abidemi made sure he did all he could to make this transaction as effortless for me as possible, even made sure my vehicle had a full tank a gas when it arrived.If I'm ever in the market for another VW this will be my go to dealership regardless of where in the country I'm at
