David was the salesperson and handled our transaction with ease.The vehicle we purchased was inoperable after the first day and David and manager Ramin were willing to work with us by either getting us into another vehicle or seeing if the purchased vehicle could be repaired. They sent the vehicle to dealership that manufactures the make and it was determined that there was a recall on the engine. Although the wait was little over a month, we received the vehicle with a brand new engine!David and Ramin were professional throughout the process and I would definitely consider purchasing another vehicle from Owens Murphy Volkswagen.

We had the best experience at Owens Murphy Volkswagen! Kareem had the car we wanted to test drive running and ready for us when we arrived and he also checked out our trade while we were on the test drive, which saved us lots of time. They offered us a very fair amount for our trade and the car was priced so fairly that we didn't even have to haggle. We've always had to haggle at a car dealership so that was very refreshing! The process went so smooth and we absolutely love our new-to-us Passat. We will definitely be doing business here again! Thanks, Kareem! :)

I shopped around at several dealerships looking for a SUV ended up at Owens Murphy and my search was over.
