I've gone to this service department many times, and the service all around is always great. Generally, I just get routine maintenance and car details done, but I have been in for the occasional repair quote. I say quote because I have yet to have my repairs done there. I have been lucky enough thus far to been able to google YouTube videos on how to make the repairs myself, and have always found the parts much cheaper online. However, I wouldn't have been able to do any of that without the help from the service department. It's been my experience they are always willing to take a call about part numbers, or repair questions. And I know if it's something I cannot do myself, that I can always bring my car back in. I only gave four stars, instead of five, because of price. It is a dealership and both parts and labor are always going to be more than your average shop or home repair. But, you can always purchase the parts yourself and they'll make the repairs, so you can save money that way as well.I highly recommend the car detailing services here! My car always looks brand spankin' new! It's $200 for the full detail, but you can split it up and just do the outside or inside for $100. This last time I just did the inside detail, because the car service I was in for cane with a free wash.The detailing is worth every penny, they even remove the car seats so they can get in every nook and cranny. Just make sure you have the time to wait or leave your car, because it takes multiple hours to complete.
