Just bought a vehicle from Owens and left very satisfied David and Dustin made the process seamless and painless they worked out a great price deal for my family. Dustin went out of his way to get the numbers where we needed and offered a variety of affordable warranties. David promised to fix a few minor issues (vehicle was used) with the vehicle and followed through. We never noticed a missing center hub on wheel but David did and had it ordered before we went back to pick up vehicle after being detailed. Just before driving off the lot my wife noticed a couple very small cracks in windshield, David scheduled us before we left the lot to have the windshield replaced convienently in our driveway next week. Promises made and kept, professional service, we will definitely consider Owens first the next time we need a good reliable vehicle. Thank you and great job! ðŸ‘
I am 20 years old and was looking to buy my first car by myself. I was very nervous as I looked at vehicles. Before I knew it a sweet lady by the name of Susan Webb met me in the parking lot. We were both wearing masks so it was kind of odd, but her kind voice and demeanor instantly made me feel at ease. I haven't purchased my vehicle yet, but when I do, I will definitely return to Owens Murphy because of their friendly staff.

Customer service is above and beyond. I'm a buyer that takes my time and visits various dealers. Out of 14 different dealers that I've test drove, and visited, this was a great team that definitely earned my business. Kareem was very professional and friendly. Dustin shows that he cares for his customers. I never felt pressured, or rushed. They did a fantastic job listening to a customer's questions and answering them fairly and not come up with a random excuse responses to just tell you what you want to hear. I will definitely be returning for my future SUV in the future. All other team members greeted well with a big welcome and none ran up racing each other towards you to win you over.
Hello! Brought my Acadia from Owens Murphy. Explained that if I had any problems with the car I would bring it back and park it across the enter of the dealership until they took care of my problems. They said that they loved there customers. Well they prove that because Had not had the car a month and the battery died in Conway where I lived. We jumped my car off and I drove it back to the dealership and this was on a Saturday. They tested the battery found out it was first battery that came with the car so they had to find me another battery put it in the car . They were wonderfully calmed me down said that they would take care of the problem with no charge to me! and they made us comfortable while we waited my cell phone died and I ask if someone had a charger I could use while we waited, plugged it in and when my car was ready they said the car worked great! Rode off without my cell got half way up the interstate before realizing that I had left my cell at the dealership so back I go, Walked in the door and everyone met me asking if something else had happen to my car. I said "No!" Just left my cell phone. Now that is the way to help your customers! Thanks to Joey and our Salesman who sold us the car. They are great and did a wonderful job taking care of us.Still love my car Thanks! Jan Collins
