I bought a CPO Taureg I saw advertised on a couple of car sites. Everything was exactly as specified--condition, price, and financing. In fact, the finance manager, Jonathan, got us an even better rate than we showed up with a pre-approval. Ethan, our sales associate, was really helpful and spent a considerable amount of time explaining the details of the deal and showing us how all of the car's technology works.The detail guys did such a good job it is hard to tell the car isn't new.The entire process was a breeze and everyone there was friendly and easy-going. It was a straightforward, stress free, zero pressure transaction and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to buy from them again.

We found our 2015 Lincoln MKX on carguru. when I emailed the dealer with a question about the car, Kareem Abidemi, Sales Consultant, was quick to return my email. after several emails and telephone calls, we decided to make the 5 hour drive to test drive the car. Kareem met with us and was very kind and sensitive to our needs. we loved the car and decided to purchase it. the whole sales team were great and very efficient and knowledgeable. the process could not have gone more smoothly. we are very pleased with the car the process and the dealership. this was one of the easiest, quickest and best car purchases we have made. The service department has been awesome. There were issues with the car when I purchased it but the service team of Matt and Kelli have gone above and beyond to make it right.
