Every single person was extremely kind, friendly and professional during the process. The purchase was so easy. I texted my interest. They had the car ready and made the numbers work for me. Also, this was during COVID and they were very cautious and used perfect protections for the virus.

My wife and I went in to buy two cars. Kareem was a good salesman, helping us and answering all our questions. Since we had done research before coming in, we knew what we wanted and how much we could pay. The whole team worked with us, making sure we got the best value we could. One car was driven home and the other was supposed to be available within the week. One week turned into two, then three. During the wait, our circumstances changed and we talked to Kareem about cancelling the contract because our second car had not yet been delivered. He did his best to get the car to us, and the service department bent over backwards to help out. The car became available the next day, but we still needed to cancel the contract. These people helped us out considerably, got our trade-in back to us, and made sure we still felt like valued customers even though we had to cancel. Once the car we did buy is paid down, we will definitely be back to Owens-Murphy to buy a NEW car, and Kareem will be our sales person.

I absolutley love dealing with Angie Shellnut at Owens Murphy. I found the perfect vehicle for my 16 year old daughter online. I didnt even see the car in person. Angie took care of everything. She even made sure to put new tires on this impeccable and gently used Passat. I am very impressed with the entire dealership. Thank you Angie for being so professional and taking care of my beautiful daughter as she begins her drive into adulthood. I know she will be safe as she is behind the wheel of her automobile.

Reached out about a VW Jetta listed on Facebook Marketplace. Received a response fairly quickly and started a conversation with an awesome VW salesman named Kareem! He answered all of my questions and was very respectful. He was upfront and honest about the vehicle, not pushy, and we ultimately purchased the vehicle a few days later. Highly recommend!!

I had an appointment at 10 and was told everything would take 1.5 hours. It ended up taking 4 hours. The quality of work was great I just would have rather been giving a realistic timeline. Especially when I paid $300+ and had a scheduled appointment.

Staff was great, and it was a very pleasant and easy buying experience.
